Hi, i have two computers connected over a DLink router. The main computer, is running on Windows XP Home. other is a windows 98 SE over the router. I have one folder that is supposed to be shared between the comps. However, i can no longer access the main computer shared documents using my second comp. Does anyone know why this might have happened? I used to be able to, but now i'm not.
Thx

Have you done anything lately like add a software firewall? Can both computers still get out to the net but just can't share that folder anymore? The reason why I'm asking is I need to know if that NIC went bad or something. If you can get out to the net then the NIC is fine its something else. Are you getting any error messages or access permission problems?
