Specs: Windows 7
I have DSL broadband connection of 1mbps. The ISP gave me modem which has four LAN ports. It means that we can connect four computer at a time. The problem is I want to use Telephone cable ( RJ-11) instead of Ethernet cable (RJ-45) because my other computer is at a fifty meter distance in another room. I have extra telephone cable.

Short answer. No you cannot use telephone cable. You can buy a longer ethernet cable or go wireless, for which you will need a wireless access point, and a wireless network card in the remote PC. What is the model "Modem" that your ISP supplied? Since it has a 4 port switch it sounds like it is a combination modem/router.

A 150 ft assembled cable costs about $20.00.
