Sir, I have a network connected by an 8 port
switch. Can I connect one network cable coming
out of that 8 port switch to another 8 port switch
so that 15 computers can be connected?

Yes you can. It is called chaining. You need to check that the new switch has an uplink port specifically for this purpose. If not then check if the ports are auto sensing. If they are you can use any port.

If there is no uplink port and ports are not auto-sensing than you may need a cross-over cable. Very unlikely though.
