Specs: Windows 7
i have connected two 24 port patch panels which im intending to connect to a 24 port cisco switch PoE. after all connection is done i have found that one patch panel has no Ethernet.assist please.

I'm not sure what you mean by "24 port patch panels". Do you mean hubs? Details of your equipment and how exatly is is connected would help.

As an aside, if you are connecting two hubs then you will need to use a cross-over cable or else flip the appropriate switch.

Without knowing more about your setup, I can't be of much help.

Assuming you have something connected to the other end of the patch panel from the switch, I have to ask, did you test those connections on that patch panel? If not, then you will need to test the cables on the patch panel to verify they're properly punched down.

I have extensive experience with cabling and I can tell you you don't want to test with one of those $20.00 blinking light testers. You need to both test and certify and that requires a tester capable of both. If you don't have a tester, most any electrical contractor will have a tester and would be willing to test for you, for a price. Also, there are companies out there that specialize in network cabling and they'd have the right type of tester too.
