Can see both computer in only one

Well, I've looked for a similar thread here but I didn't find. The problem is that the Host Computer is a XP pro and the other is a ME. In my network places on the ME computer I can see both computer there but in the XP (host) I can only see itself. The Host is the one sharing the dial up connection and it doesn't work on the ME computer... Can anyone help me with this?
Oh, by the way, i've tried to run \\computername and it didn't work. I got the error message that it was not found, I can ping the ME computer through the host...

disable n e firewall you may have running..
