It is my Dad's PC that I am having this problem with. He is able to connect to the Internet in Safe Mode but not when booted up normally which suggests some kind of software/driver conflict to me. I have tried to Repair and it is unable to compete "Clearing NetBT". I have tried a few solutions to the NetBT problem including a winsock fix but they have not resolved the problem. Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing the conflict.
