can not access into C:\program file

I use a router to network two pc, both pc can see each other. One pc you can access to any files. Other pc you access to my document and C: drive, but you can not access into C:\Program files. I don't know how to fix this problem ?
I can access into C: drive. In C: drive, I also can access into many folders. Only access into C:\program files was deny. error message said : " no permission ". I did open guest account, or setup file share on C:\program. But I still can not access into C:\program.

You need Adminstrative permission to open that file. Or you must set up the guest account with permsiion to that file, which I wouldn't recommend as it would compromise security.
