Here is the deal. I bought a nintendo wii the other day and bought the wired adapter to connect it to the internet. Well, i couldn't get it to connect with the settings i had and looked through the troubleshooting tips and one tip it said was to change the ip address or my router to 192.168.2.1 which i did and since then i have not been able to connect my computers to the internet.
Things i have tried...
I disconnected the the wii and changed the router settings back to what they were originally (192.168.0.1). When that didn't work i restored the router to factory defaults and cloned the main computers mac address to the router. I cycled down everything and pluged everything back in (modem first til steady light, then router, then computer.) I get a connection and can get to the router settings but cannot get any farther than that. I have a d-link ebr-2310 with comcast as my isp. I can connect just fine using the computer straight from the modem. But i am at my wits end. I have never had this amount of problems with any network ever before. Please help.

Do the same thing again. Connect the router to the modem and the PC to the router. Boot everything in the same order, modem, router, PC. If you still don't have internet, go to a command prompt on the PC and run
ipconfig /allYou should have a 192.168.0.100 address or something like that. If you don't then, try a static IP and static DNS settings.
Post the ipconfig results if you don't understand them.
