Can I plug usb printer into router?

No unless your printer is network-enabled & it has its own IP address.

That is a wan port on the router for usb internet modems. You can only use it for that. Get a network print server [little box] with usb printer ports and then connect it to the lan and you will be able to print to it from any station.
Imagine the power if you knew how to internet search
