Can I make dial up wireless?

Specs: Windows 7
I moved to a remote area where I cannot get DSL or Broadband. I can however get Dial up, like earthlink and Netzero. Before I signup for one of these services, I would like to know if there is any way to make my dialup a wireless conection for my laptops. I like to move around using the computer, I hate being at a desk having to sit there and not be able to move where I want. PLEASE HELP! Thank you!

BTW I have a modem that I used for my old dsl connection. Will this work?

Sorry, but no. The old adsl modem will only pick up a signal on an activated dsl line, so that is of no use. Here in Canada, in rural areas a lot of ISP's have highspeed internet via microwave towers and a little dish, it's a little more costly but you can get decent highspeed if it is offered in your area. That is routable could be used wirelessly via a router. Or they have the usb sticks that link up to highspeed networks via cellphone towers, so anywhere you can get a cell phone signal you in theory could have highspeed....that type I have not tried with plugging it into a usb slot on a router and have no idea if it could be used wirelessly with a router.
