Hello all.
I have a belkin pre-n wireless router that I recently recieved from a family member. My goal was to simply connect the router to my computer and be able to use the wireless signal for my ipod touch and Psp, etc. However, I found that with my wired router in place, i could not do this. I have a Linksys RT31P2 router connected to the internet. I also have Vonage phone service running through it. So I need the linksys in place so i can have a home phone. Is there anyway I can link the two routers? So that I can have a wireless access point and still have phone? And if possible, speak simply please? Im fairly new to this sort of thing and not exactly fluent with the different terms... Thank you!

You should be able to do this without too much trouble if you're hooking them up correctly. Click on my name above and in the page that opens look for the link to my how-to guide on 'adding a second router to your network' and read it through. It should help you get the second router setup and working properly.

could since wireless runs at 2.4ghz and so does router wireless. Otherwise no since you are routing thru the 2nd router.

The phones operate at 5.8ghz... so as long as they arent the same frequency it should work, correct?
