If you connect 3 pcs wirelessly through a router, can all 3 pcs see the sharedocs of all 3 pcs on their displays simultaneously? And can each pc drag and drop files into one another's sharedocs simultaneously?

Yes (to both questions), but it isn't as easy (no matter what Microsoft says) as plugging in wireless cards and a router. There is definitely more to it.
Alert me after you respond otherwise I'll forget to come back.

It isn't that easy, but it is *almost* that easy. You make it sound like file sharing in WindowsXP is hard to set up - it really isn't.
smileydub, read this webpage to learn how to set up file sharing. It really is easy, and you will be able to do exactly what you asked about: click here

Not silly at all, and do come back if you have any problems with setting it up.
