If you connect 3 pcs wirelessly through a router, can all 3 pcs see the sharedocs of all 3 pcs on their displays simultaneously? And can each pc drag and drop files into one another's sharedocs simultaneously? Thank in advance for any helpful comments.

Yes (to both questions), but it isn't as easy (no matter what Microsoft says) as plugging in wireless cards and a router. There is definitely more to it. Alert me after you respond otherwise I'll forget to come back.
