Comment: we have a pc on our network that can access the network but not email or internet. here's the problem: person can not log onto groupwise, she can open the share drives but not email.
tried to walk her through it on the phone, ping, ipconfig, webpages etc - no go
went over - checked was connected, pulled ip and all
could not get dns or ping to work
not blocked from server side
tried disabling ip etc -no luck on reboots
removed card in win and re-enabled after reboot nothing anyone has any suggestions
