Yes, but you'll need a converter to do it though.

I think they run at 10mbps, and they are pricey too.

Replacing the coax would be a better solution.

Look up UTP coax media converter

You can also try to find a old hub that has RJ-45 and BNC
connectors. Linksys and others made them in the time when
coax was being phased out.
