IGMP: ERROR - Group address 0.0.0.2 is not a legal multicast
every time i turn on the pc, i always see this error on the cable modem log. i googled it but no one explain what it is. then some time later it changes to IGMP: ERROR - Group address 0.0.0.1 is not a legal multicast
Basically, IGMP (As mentioned in the error) as a way for a computer to say "I want to receive packets that are sent to the group xxx". The group is an IP address. In the case of your error, some device is trying to join the group "0.0.0.1" which is not a valid group.
If it's not causing any problems, I wouldn't worry about it.
