So here's my setup
Cable Modem --> Router
I want to stream HD to my Xbox 360 so I can't use wireless, and the darn thing is about a trillion miles away, so I've got me a simple straightforward network cable that's running direct to the 360.
I want to connect other things (like my Wii) so I was thinking a switch?
I *cannot* get a crossover cable. Do I need one?
Can I just connect one of the ports on the back of my wireless router to the switch and then connect that to the various devices?
I was thinking of getting this switch (it's close, convenient and I can return it if it doesn't work :))

No. Most switches have an up-link port. Use that. Besides switches these days have auto-sensing ports which makes cross-over cables virtually redundant.
