My hardware, software config and ISP seems OK but my cable internet connection is not working.I'm connected to the internet provider but nothing works ( http , irc , pop mail , messengers etc ), the strange is if i ping any IP address i receive a positive reply, the same if someone pings me and i can trace any IP route using "tracert".

Note: I don't use a firewall
