Bridging Wired Networks?

Comment:
Have two different NICs each pointing to a different gateway and consequently different Internet Service Providor. I have the two for redundancy in case one goes down.
Question is - is there a way in XP to bridge the two Network Connections together from time to time to achieve the combined upload/download speeds of both together? Or would I need a special Cisco/other gateway-router to accomplish that?
If someone has the time and wants to help with this maybe you could hit me with a PM and some contact info and I could hop on IM to resolve?

common question. you need a dual wan port router or a linux box
BTW you can't have two gateways. OS will choose one and only use it. If you lost the connection you would have to manually edit out the dead gateway and restart the browser to get to the internet.
this is another reason for a dual port router - auto load balance and failover.
Imagine the power if you knew how to internet search
