Is it possible to bridge 2 wireless network by using a wireless router on both end?

Any feedback and info on bridging wireless would be appreciated.

What I'm trying to achive is to bridge 2 lan on different floor of the building. All the PC's are wire connect to the the switch and the wireless router.

Hi I asked a similar question a couple of weeks ago and didnt really get much responce, But I have since tried it for my self!!!

By Router I assume you mean Router with built in wireless access point!!!

My results are!!!

You can-not get two Routers/Access Points to communicate directly to achieve the bridging!!!

I have done it now using the following equiptment:

1 x WRT54G Linksys 54g Router/Wireless Access Point.

1 x WET54G Linksys 54g Ethernet Bridge

The above equipment will bridge your wired LAN's Wirelessly!!

The WET54G works out of the box, just plug it in to your switch or hub and your away!! No drivers or config, except for WEP!!

Hope this helps!!!
Rich!!!
Email me if you require more details!!
