i would like to know if there is a product that i can boost
an outside internet signal to my macbook.outside my
house i get a great signal, inside i do not get one

my neighbor knows i am using her signal.I can go out to the
porch nosignal, i go out to the back of the house and i have a
great signal.

Not much you can do about it except install a high-gain antenna out the back and run a cable from it into the house. Thats assuming that your wireless interface adaptor will except an external antenna.
