I was wondering how to block people from stealing off of my internet and wireless bandwidth.
I have a wireless router with one computer directly hooked up to it and another laptop wirelessly hooked up to to it. I recently downloaded AirSnare (http://home.comcast.net/~jay.deboer/airsnare/) which helps identify mac addresses that are using my intenet connection.
I have added my laptop, computer and router to the Friendly Mac Addresses.
There are some Unfriendly Mac Address that I cannot recognize, maybe stealing my bandwidth, and I would like to block them.
How do I go about doing this?

You should be able to allow only the addresses you want to connect. NOTE: this isn't very secure because if whoever is connecting to you knows anything, they can run a packet sniffer and get your MAC addresses and clone them. Your best bet is to use MAC along with WPA encryption and if you're using DHCP, create a scope with only one address per PC/Laptop you have connecting to your network. Since you have only a PC and laptop, that's a scope of two addresses with a 3'd reserved (the router IP which should be statically assigned).

In the documentation of your wireless router it explains how to setup Wireless Encryption Keys, this would facilitate any PC wanting access to supply that key.

CurtR is correct. You can't really. It is of little use to a good 9 year old hacker.
Limit the wireless to times when you really need it.
jessejames is correct in that you need to read the documentation that is with you or online about the router. It is usually a web address or simply a web name that you put in to a browser's address line. There you'd find a web based setup page after you login.
Also consider if you do need wireless. Can you use a wired connection.
