Blocking an IP on Lan

Hi all, Acutally I have given the Internet sharing to the users on my Lan. But what i want to do is that if there is any ip of any user like "192.168.0.16" and i want to block this ip so he won't be able to use internet.How can i block an ip? tell me the way how can i do it through the windows xp or by using any other software.

Use any firewall software to block specific IP. I am using a Sygate Personal Firewall in my network in order to do this.

you can use a firewall on his computer and have it block all outgoing connections.
If your computer is using ICS, you can probably use the firewall to block incoming requests from his ip address.
If you're using a router, you might be able to use ip address filtering (my router has it)...it allows me to deny certain ip addresses acccess to the internet.
