I can block force the workstation not to see the router, but that blocks all traffic. Any way I can block all traffic, but allow traffic to a particular IP address.

Set up your workstation with a static IP address and don't enter anything for the gateway address.

We are on a WAN. If I do that everything is blocked, internet & intranet servers. I don't believe that is the solution I am looking after. Is there any way I can block Port 80 in the registry, but leave open say Port 8000? I know in Win 2k/Win Xp you can block incoming and outgoing traffic, but I have yet to find a way to do it on Win 9x.

My low-end Linksys doesn't allow filtering of certain ports outbound. I'd need more info about your setup. Is the traffic on port 80000 for example, staying on the intranet? Does intranet traffic have to pass through the router?
