Bizzare DNS issues

Specs: Windows 7
I am using the Win 7 RC, but this happens in XP and Vista as well.

I intermittently appear to be losing the ability to resolve DNS names on only one PC on my network, connected to a Linksys WRT160N router through a Linksys SD205 switch. It's an EVGA motherboard with a Nvidia chipset.

What is more strange is that a Lenovo laptop connected to the same switch has no problems at all, nor do any of the laptops connected via wireless.

I am racking my brain here. Has anyone seen this before?

Good thought, but I already had anti-malware running in Vista and XP, still had the problem. Also, it was a clean install of Win 7 RC.
