What model Cisco router are you using, or looking at using? Have you researched that model's capabilities?

Cisco has a ton of information on it's website regarding it's equipment. You should start your research there.

Hi

We have got nothing in place yet. Cisco has tons of stuff to pick from.

This solution needs to be implemented in a small office and any suggestions as to which hardware to use would be great.

The site only has a pix and a switch for the internal lan.

Well, I know Cisco's not the only company that makes routers with dual WAN connections and offer load balancing. Some research on the web should give you several units you can compare before deciding which to go with.
