i have two network card in my dual maching is that posssibel i can able to use bot network card on my system for using my lan connection

sure you can,

use two different ip.

example:
1st NIC 192.168.23.1 pointing to the internet and LAN

2nd NIC 131.151.56.1 pointing to Lan only.

when you transfer files to one another computer in your lan, the speed will increase
