Bind services to IP address

OS: Server 2003
CPU/Ram: Xeon 2.40GHz, 2GB RAM
Comment:

I have a Server 2003 box with one NIC, but two IP addresses assigned to it.

I am trying to find a way to configure a service to only respond to traffic on one address.

Does anyone know how to do this?
