Belkin Wireless PCI card Won't Connect

Specs: Linux i686, 1.4/512
I have an OLD windows XP machine (AMD 1.4ghz, 512gb memory) with a Belkin Wireless PCI card. Sunday night, my wireless worked fine. Monday morning my pc won't connect. No chances were made, hardware or software (nothing added or taken away).

Windows says it's connected but I have no signal. It won't renew the ip address. Rebooting doesn't help.

I have since been able to connect two other computers wirelessly so the issue is not with my wireless router.

I then added a wireless usb that i know works to the pc but it does the same thing. When i try to repair connection, it never gets past "renewing ip address" for hours.

The problem is definitely the computer, but I have no idea how to resolve it. I know virtually nothing about networking. Any help is useful.

Goto start > run > type "cmd" > "type ipconfig /all"

Post up the output.
