belkin usb network adapter

hi, i have a wireless connection at home and i have 2 laptops, 1s wireless and the other one i bought a belkin usb for it to be wireless, but for some reason it shows my wireless name i click connect but it doesnt connect. can you please tell me why

If the signal is WEP encrypted & you didn't enter the key, that could be one reason. How do you know when a politician is lying? His mouth is moving.

or your router is filtering mac addresses........ give a hand with it, but you'll need to connect by cat5(regular internet cable) to the router so I'm able to remotely access your desktop...
