Belkin USB Code 31 error

I have installed my wireless USB adapter and all I am able to get is code 31 driver unable to install (error loading driver). I have reinstalled it many times with the same thing? any ideas?

Are you running service pack 2 on your XP?

If not I would try installing it.

I have sp2 installed, so its kinda wierd, I suppose its back to the old reformat , thanks anyway!
