Specs: Windows Vista
new ipad mini with belkin N150 wifi router. My Kindle and Samsung phone both work OK through the router. The ipad shows the that the wifi symbol is on and connected, but I cannot connect to the internet or email.

Did you enter the wireless key on your iPad? The wireless key protects your wireless network from unauthorised use.

Tap on your router's network name on your iPad, enter the key.

I think Phil did mean Wireless key (not network name if that's what you mean):

Probably too simple but try disconnecting the router power for 30 seconds then putting it back on again. It has been known to fix the odd problem.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

I tried turning the power off several times to no effect. How do I find the 'wireless key' and once found, how do I enter it on my ipad?
Thanks for the help!

At one time you invented your own but mostly nowadays it is written on the router somewhere (not to be confused with the name of your network). Both must have been used to set up your Kindle, and for your phone to work with the router. Use the same ones.
