I've got a very strange problem, hopefully you guys can help.

About a year ago I got a new wireless router, a Belkin Pre-N, because I thought my old one was dead (just needed new firmware). Ever since, I have noticed the following:

Uploading anything larger than .5mb or so though any web browser will frequently kill my internet connection. This is most common when uploading photos or music to sites like Facebook. However, uploading anything through my FTP client works flawlessly, and smaller files through the browser work as well. What happens is I'll select several files to upload, it'll get through one or two, and then stop making progress during the uploading of another. After this point, I can't access the internet at all. Resetting the router immediately solves this, so I believe this is a router problem.

Other info, I'm running Comcast cable internet through a Motorola surfboard modem.. I have two computers connected to the router through ethernet, and often connect wirelessly with a laptop. The problem persists on all computers, even the wireless.

Any ideas?

See event viewer, see any modem logs or router logs. Most have a web based setup to see. It might offer a clue.

I read it wrong and answer it wrong too. So get off my case you goober.
