BEFSR41 v2 Disconnecting

I have 3 Win XP (all clean of viruses and spyware and with sp2) PCs on a linksys BEFSR41 v2 and a surfboard cable modem and every few hours all users get completely disconnected from the router then about 3 mins later it fixes its self.
Iv looked on multiple forums and they all said the classic "upgrade the firmware" but i did that and i had the same problems and more problems on top of that so i downgraded to vers 1.45.7 and that fixed all probs but this one.
One thing i have noticed is that it always seems to disconnect on the hour at random (i think) intervals.
