hi
I have a network with 80 systems .all users are limited but there are some programs like iis and ... that they need to be an admin acout to run them but I don't know waht to do?

You should probably start by either getting some actual training in administering a Windows AD integrated domain, or by doing some research on Groups, Users and they're associated permissions and memberships.

If you're going to do the research yourself online, I'd start at MS's website.

Alternatively, you could hire a professional consultant to do it for you. You know, someone with the prerequisite knowledge and training.
