Since it's a UNIX/Linux box you're connecting to (at least, I have to assume it is) why not write a script on the UNIX/Linux box itself to do whatever it is you need done, and have it email you a report containing the info you wish.

I might be able to help you but you'd be much better off to post in the UNIX or Linux forum (depending on which OS the computer is running). When you do, clearly state what it is you wish to do and in what order.

Good question and again, I tell you I'm not sure as I've never tried this from a windows batchfile. I suspect you should be able to do it but I'm not the best batchfile writer so wouldn't even know where to begin.

I know I could do it from a UNIX/Linux script.

This is the Networking forum. You may want to ask this question in the Windows XP forum instead.

Just out of curiosity, what model Cisco router is this?
