Does anyone know if there is a way to solve the following scenario:
I have an ADSL connection (512) in my flat and I share it with two others...now another flatmate is getting a computer and wants in.
So....how can I limit the bandwidth so that say...I get 60% and they get like 15% each or something? Is that possible?
