Backup strategy

OS: Windows Server 2003
CPU/Ram: intel Xeon, 2Gb

I use the ARCServer backup software to backup my company data.
The datas include the following:
File server
Database Server: SQL and Oracl
Mail Server
Lotus.

Does any one have experience on ARC , please tell me how should I do ?

follow a best practice model like GFS (Grandfather-Father-Son uses the most takes but has the best recovery strategy and is simple to setup
