AOL and WLAN

My friend has AOL, and an Origo Wireless Modem/Router that I set up. It shares the internet fine, but MSN Messenger will not sign in on either the PC thats using it as its modem or the other pc. I use tiscali broadband and have had no problems with messenger in the same scenario. Is it AOL??

Sounds like he need to first log on to AOL before he could use MSN messenger. Read this thread for related issues:
