Anonymous FTP Access help

I need help! I am trying to use my Default FTP Site in IIS with the host\IUSER<computername> User for anonymous connections.
Whenever I try to ftp://ipaddress from windows explorer it repeatedly prompts me with the login credentials and nothing I try works. It puts it to anonymous automatically and it still repeatedly prompts me with that screen.
Also when I try to browse the Default FTP Site from IIS it says "Either the server does not allow anonymous logins or the e-mail address was not accepted.
I've checked the internet for similar problems and found a few but got lost on the solutions offered and had no idea what to do.
