I have a Buffalo wireless router, to it I have wired my computer and also a photosmart printer. I am only wireless so my wife's laptop can use the internet and also access the printer. All is well, but when I want to print from my computer to the printer how secure is my printing? I would like to make a spreadsheet in excel of private numbers and info and print it for a hardcopy, But I am wary of doing this. This information is now on a USB flash drive I made when I disconnected my computer from the router. Yes, I actually have a switch that disconnects my computer from the router when I don't need the printer or the internet.
But again when it is connected to the router and information is sent to the printer how exposed is it? Am I wrong to worry about this?

Thank you

If you are using WPA or better encryption on your wireless connection then you can do no more unless you want to revert to stand-alone wired connection.
