my company is using until now cisco 2600 routers as CPE. basically it has 1 FastE port, 2 WIC slot and performs at about 20-30 kpps. but now we are wondering if there's other alternatives to cisco 2600 (might be interesting in terms of cost-savings , or to have better performance at the same cisco 2600 price), so if u guys have ever been in this kind of situation , please let me know what other routers have u guys chosen .

service expected from the router is basic IP routing with ability to support MPLS IP VPN
