Hey, hey, Hey... :)
Now, The Idea is to allow access to my shared folders only to one of three computer's in our network. Is that even possible?! Khm, Khm...:)
Kind Regards, Dejan, SLovenia

You can restrict access by "account" not by "computer". Let me give you an example.
You want to give Bob access to your shares. He has an account on his computer with the username "bob" and the password "pass".
You would first enable advance file sharing on your computer (Open an exporer (not IE) window and select Tools<Folder Options. Then on the View tab, scroll to the bottom
and deselct the option to use simple file sharing)Next you would create an account for bob on your computer using the exact same username and password that he uses on his computer.
Lastly, go to the properties for your shares and select the Permissions button. Click the add button. Then click the advanced button. Then click the Find Now button. A list of all the accounts on your computer will be selected. Scoll down to the bob account, select it, and click OK. Click OK again. Selec the permissions you want bob to have and click OK again. Click OK one last time.
Now whenever anyone attempt to connect to one of your shares, Windows will use the username and password that they are using on their computer to authenticate them. If there is an account on your Windows with the same name and password, that remote user will have the same access that the local account has.
