Hello !
I have this situation :
I have a wired network with 3 pc's connected to adsl router .The router has a wireless port. Now i have another wired network with 4 pc's and i want to connect with adsl router to access internet. But for some technical problems i can't do this connection with cable and i want to do with a wireless connection.
ADSL router is Actiontec GT724-WG and i have a access point with many functions Planet WAP-4033.this can be used like access point, bridge and repeater mode ( has 1 LAN port). But i don't know what configuration should i do ?
Thank you in advance !

The wired network consists of what, sound slike just 4 PCs peer-to-peer via ethernet cables, one of them must have a wireless card on them?

You would need to have minimally a 5 port switch in the location of the 4 pcs. The 5th port would have the wireless AP connected to it.

You would need to create a wireless bridge between the AP and the router.

Depending on allowed hardware configs you can either have dhcp ip come from the router thru the AP to the pcs to from the AP to the pcs. Everything would need to be in the same subnet to talk.

A one sentence question will result in a one sentence answer.

The first network has a switch and all the computers and the ADSL router are connected via cable on the switch. The adsl router has a wireless port.
The second network has a switch and all the computers and the access point are connected via cable on this switch. Now i want to connect adsl router and access point to provide internet at the second network.
What can i do ?
