Hi, i'm hailing from the U.K, I hope you can help me...
I recently purchased an "Addon ARM8100 ADSL 4 port Router" to split my current "Karoo" ADSL broadband between two computers. As Karoo are part of Kingston Communications they do not operate on BT lines so we have a KC line.

The Router is connected to both clients via ethernet, and both acknowledge that they are plugged into something... However the default settings on the router are "UK standard" and wrong for my KC/Karoo connection. So I accessed the router settings and created a new connection for Karoo.
It connects VPI:1, VCI:50, encapsulation: PPPoA LLC, modulation: GDMT.

The router lights on are: power, LAN1 and 2, WAN and PPP. Which to me confirms that the router is connected to the ADSL line, however I cannot access the internet on either computer.

Addon's website offers no answers and the Karoo technical support cannot tell me anymore than I already know.

I'm really at a loss here, I hope someone can help me. Thanks x
