ADSL Line Sync

i have just installed a BT router and cant get the line to sync with the exchange i have changed filters and moved to different poitns in the house i didnt have a different router with me as i didnt think i would need one do you think its aline fault.

You have to install the ISP and router software and go through the setup procedures. If after that you're still having a problem syncing up give your service a call.
