ok, i have a dimension 4700 and a dimension 4600c. both have wireless cards installed (linksys wireless g) and i have setup the ad-hoc with a little bit of trouble but i do have that working, but now my internet has stopped working on the host computer (4700) if i run the network setup wizard my computer connects but after a few min. the internet stops working again and i have to run the stupid wizard again. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest investing in a wireless router and running both as infrastructure.

yeah i had a router once but it was stolen. i don't really have the money to buy another one right now, just trying to make due with what i do have.
