Solved Adding back PC # 3 of 4 to existing Networking WIN XP

I'm trying to add back in to a existing networking of 04 Pc's the PC # 3 got DEL some how. Under Win XP using a Broadband serv from Comcast. Do I have to have the IP of the PC #3 first, and then sign on in the server as a syst adm , if correct,what will be my next step after
signing on ? Do I click STAR, RIGHT Click on My Computer, click properties, click computer name, tab, and then click change name WORGROUP click ok...Is this correct ?
What I'm missing ? Can you please review again, and publish ?

You are creating a peer to peer network. There are no "servers" in peer to peer networking just what you think of as the main store house "server"

Yes you join it to the existing workgroup.

The rest you can easily get by googling "setup home network:" Or "setup windows peer to peer network"
