The server has installed the main application (an old DOS btrieve application) that it is accesed simultaneously for 7 to 10 users. This generate a lot of traffic and the performance decrease. My question is: In order to improve the network performance, Can I add a second NIC to the server?. If so, Do I have to put in the same ip range (same subnet) or not?
