Hey, just some quick information.
I have a Linksys WRT54G W/ Speedbooster Broadband router and a WPC54G notebook adapter. I have a Canon MP450 printer and want to hook it up to my router using an ethernet port obviously. Is there an adapter for the conversation because basically I want to hook the printer to the router and print wirelessly from my laptop.

You need a print server. There are many relatively low-cost devices for this. Linksys makes them as well as the other networking companies. And, you can get wired or wireless print servers.

If the MP450 is a multi-function printer, you will need a printer only driver. Scanning and fax are shared functions. In the past I have failed to find shareable printer drivers for Canon devices, one on a parallel port (documented in the fine print as not shareable), the other on USB. Have had better luck with HP devices.
