Hye, I wanted to have a http-server. So I installed IIS from Microsoft. I couldn't access it. You have to know that I'm in a network. I can't chance the server. So I'm a client in that server. I'm a student and wanted to place a site online,without adds,...I tried to get the webpage with the IP-addresses you can get with IPCONFIG /ALL but none of them worked.:s SO maybe one of u knows how to do this. I dont understand this,P2P software can acces my computer but I can't access my computer from outside the network! I hope someone can help me:s. Thanks!

I am not even going to try to decipher that. However, this
"I can't access my computer from outside the network"
usually indicates that there is a router and/or firewall between your network and the rest of the world that prevents access to any of the computers on the network from outside the network without special configuration of the firewall/router.
